  • There is always this one jump- it’s actually smaller and easier but not for you 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦‍♀️

But I am happy about my riding in overall and this line is really sick @trailcenterwien .
  • Racing is so nerve racking but it is so worth it. I makes me feel so alive.
This journey in Chile to race world champs was the best which has ever happen to me. I was terrified to loose and this pushed me so far that I won.

I wish for every to experience something like that. Doesn’t matter what but something which pushes you and gives you fulfilment.
  • … just come back and try tomorrow.

No for real sleeping one night and try the next day always helps me.
Here I tried and tried and it got worse. I even ended crashing over the net on the right sight 🤦‍♀️
  • These are my tips for the ones who really want it.

1. Surround yourself with the right people.
Choose people who inspire and push you forward.
2. Train hard AND smart.
Every session gets you closer to your goal even the ones you hate.
3. Think for yourself.
Don’t believe everything you hear. Educate yourself and make your own decisions.
4. Listen to your body.
Eat well, recover, sleep enough and talk to yourself positively.
5. Learn to speak on camera.
Especially in English. Your communication skills matter.
6. Be grateful and be useful.
Appreciate those who help you and clearly ask for help when you need it.
7. Communicate and create opportunities.
Talk to sponsors. Don’t be shy. Be humble, but know your value.
8. Learn to sell yourself.
Know what makes you different and show brands what you can offer. Become a social media expert.
9. Build relationships, not just followers.
Be someone people enjoy working with.
10. Race as much as you can.
Pressure, nerves, mistakes and preparation teach you things training can’t.
11. Learn from better riders.
Watch them, ride with them and ask questions.
12. Be consistent.
Talent gets you noticed. Consistency builds trust.
13. Accept setbacks.
Bad races, injuries and missed opportunities are part of the journey. Learn and keep going.
14. Enjoy the process.
Don’t just chase the finish line. Learn to love the work along the way.

Dream big. Then be ready to work for it every single day.
  • We all have this one friend. We love him/her but at the same time you are wondering „how much can you have no clue“ 😂😂

  • Who else puts way too much pressure on themselves over things that really don’t matter?
I’m guilty of it too.
Take jumping. I still beat myself up when I don’t hit a jump, as if it says something about how good a rider I am.
In reality, it’s just one jump.
